There are 3 types of residential options:

1. Low density stand only – the stands are approximately 1,000 m² in size.

2. Low density stand with a built cottage – the client will select from a selection of cottages and the developer will construct. This allows clients to move in to the cottage immediately whilst by-passing rent. These cottages will only be available in 2022.

3. Modern apartment – There is a phase of modern sectional title apartments. These will only be available in 2020.

Yes. All the low density stands are ‘Freehold Title’ & the modern apartments are ‘Sectional Title’.

Units are sold with a 25% deposit, and balance payable over 8 months.

Transfer fees are calculated individually for each stand based on the selling price and equate to approximately 7% of the purchase value.

Transfer fees are only payable when the complete unit has been paid for.
